Christof has been practicing architecture in the Western Cape since 1984. His practice has been responsible for the design of numerous iconic projects in the Western Cape such as Topaz, Wavecrest, Cape Sands, Somerset Links Apartments and Office Park, The Glen Apartments and Hermanus Medical Village. Christof has received a merit award from the institute of S.A Architects as well as a Dulux Colour Award.

Deon has more than 15 years’ experience as a construction project manager and co-owner of a well-known commercial painting business. He loves witnessing visual transformations, seeing how any building – inside or out – is transformed into something with pristine, perfect appeal, motivates him to keep delivering premium-quality building and painting projects to clients. In his spare time, you will find Deon not only a commercial pilot but a Mercedes Benz enthusiast, agonizing over every detail to restore his latest beauty.

Rentzke started his corporate career as an Accountant at ASLO Holdings. He moved to JHI Properties, managing the prestigious Capital & Fortress Property Fund’s Western Cape Portfolio and was later employed as the COO of Granite Real Estate Investment Management. He currently holds the title as Managing Director at Art Deco Investments, Residentia Trust and Smook Property Group.
